made up of a sandwich of complete birch ply sheets for strength, then routed to make it resemble a traditional Arts & Crafts-style door with an oak stain/varnishwith a beautiful piece of stained glass by Danielle Hopkinson, inspired by one of the client’s favourite artworks by Patrick Caulfieldthe stained glass panel sits behind a double glazed clear glass panel for security while the door’s construction from solid sheets of birch ply means no joints to allow water to infiltrate and no shrinkage issues
